Based in Cumbria, we are a family-run wedding venue in one of the most gracious locations in the Lake District.We are passionate about ensuring your wedding has that personal touch it deserves. — We are licensed for indoor civil wedding ceremonies for up to 80 guests and have a — room available for getting ready on the day as well as a choice of two gazebos licensed for your outdoor ceremony – from 2 to 200 guests– Stunning countryside views provide a unique an beautiful backdrop for your ceremonyAlternatively you can choose the use of Low House – a gracious country house. We can provide an extensive list of local suppliers from Penrith and/or Carlisle to contact if you choose or you are free to source your own suppliers if you wish. We are always happy to offer site visits to these suppliers in order to discuss their plans in more detail if required.We can offer as much help as you want throughout the planning of your day.As a licensed civil wedding venue, you can host your wedding at the same venue as the reception and evening party. You have the choice of holding your civil wedding ceremony in one of the period-style rooms in the country house or in the garden under one of the licensed gazebo.The perfect place to host your wedding reception.
